No-Baked Chocolate Dip Granola Bars

These gluten-free No-Baked Chocolate Dip Granola Bars are healthy, quick, and delicious. You can mix it up with a variety of mix-ins flavours.

Chilling Time: 1 hr             Makes: One 8x8 pan


  • 1/2 cup seed or nut butter (Healthy Crunch Banana Chocolate Seed butter)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats (Stoked Oats with walnuts, Coffee & Dark Chocolate)
  • 1-1/2 cups granola mix (GluteNull Quinoa Granola mix)
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (Healthy Crunch Dark Chocolate Chips)


  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the seed or nut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add the oats and granola mix, stir to combine, and press firmly into the pan. Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars. Melt chocolate, and dip bars, and let cool in the fridge or freezer. Serve and enjoy!
