Strawberry Cream Pie

Easy healthy gluten-free, guilt-free strawberry cream pie dessert.

Time:  20 minutes Baking | Cooling Time: 1 hour

Makes: 9-inch pie



1-1/4 cup pkg pie crust mixDuinkerken Foods

1/3 cup dairy-free butter

1/4 cup can coconut milk – Cha’s Organics

1 teaspoon white vinegar


3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

½ cup strawberry chia jam – Healthy Crunch

1 can coconut whipping cream – Cha’s Organics


Preheat the oven to 400F (205C). Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, add the pie mix and butter. Use a fork or pastry blender combined until blended and crumbly.

Add the coconut milk and vinegar and mix until combined and form a smooth ball. Roll dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish or gently press dough into the dish.   Prick with a fork at the sides and centre.

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven to cool.

For the filling: In a large bowl, add the strawberries, jam, and whipping cream. Mix until combined. Pour into cooled pie shell and then let chill for about 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
