Pecan Almond Waffle

1 cup pecans, grounded
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 cup can coconut milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chia jam
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ground pecans, almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Set aside
In another bowl, add the coconut milk, vegetable oil, and chia jam, and whisk until all ingredients are well combined. Whisk in dry mixture. Set aside.
Lightly grease a waffle maker and heat until hot. Pour the batter into the waffle make and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve and enjoy!
