Happy National Protein Day! Today is the perfect time to celebrate the importance of protein in our diets, and what better way to do that than by highlighting the amazing gluten-free protein ingredients in our Gluten-Free Pantry.

Protein is essential for proper nutrition and healthy body function. It helps build and repair muscles, bones, cartilage, skin, and blood, as well as regulate hormones and enzymes. Eating adequate amounts of protein is important for everyone, but especially those who are gluten-free since it can be difficult to meet protein requirements without gluten-containing foods.

Fortunately, our Gluten-Free Pantry is full of options for gluten-free protein. Here are just a few of our favorites:

  • Quinoa: Quinoa is a high-protein grain that is naturally gluten-free. It contains 8 grams of protein per cup, making it a great source of plant-based protein.
