Snackalicious super easy healthy b\Blueberry Gratin dessert made with nutritious gluten-free ingredients.

Makes: Serves 4  - 6 servings

Time: 25 - 30 minutes


2 large eggs

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup almond flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chia blueberry jam by healthy Crunch

2 cups fresh blueberries

Extra chia blueberry jam by Healthy Crunch for topping (optional)



Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease 9-inch shallow ovenproof baking dish (pie, square, or casserole).

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, coconut milk, and blueberry jam. Add the almond flour and salt; beat until combined.

Pour the mixture in the prepared baking dish and add the blueberries. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until the edges turn light golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
